Model confidence (pLDDT)

The mean pLDDT of this model is 67.9 (low overall). pLDDT is AlphaFold's per-residue confidence score from 0 to 100. In MolViewer, choose the B-factor color scheme to color the model by pLDDT, because AlphaFold stores it in the B-factor column.

pLDDT bandMeaningShare of residues
Above 90Very high: backbone and side chains are usually accurate28%
70 to 90Confident: backbone generally right26%
50 to 70Low: treat with caution7%
Below 50Very low: often disordered regions40%

What pLDDT means and how to read it

Function

Transcriptional activator that may play a role in regulating epithelial cell differentiation and proliferation. May act as a repressor for a specific subset of ETS/AP-1-responsive genes and as a modulator of the nuclear response to mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling cascades. Binds to DNA sequences containing the consensus nucleotide core sequence GGAA. Involved in regulation of TNFRSF10B/DR5 expression through Ets-binding sequences on the TNFRSF10B/DR5 promoter. May contribute to development and carcinogenesis by acting as a tumor suppressor gene or anti-oncogene

Experimental structures

UniProt lists no experimental PDB structure for this protein, so the AlphaFold prediction is the main 3D model available.
