Model confidence (pLDDT)

The mean pLDDT of this model is 59.6 (low overall). pLDDT is AlphaFold's per-residue confidence score from 0 to 100. In MolViewer, choose the B-factor color scheme to color the model by pLDDT, because AlphaFold stores it in the B-factor column.

pLDDT bandMeaningShare of residues
Above 90Very high: backbone and side chains are usually accurate24%
70 to 90Confident: backbone generally right11%
50 to 70Low: treat with caution13%
Below 50Very low: often disordered regions52%

What pLDDT means and how to read it

Function

Component of the beta-catenin destruction complex required for regulating ctnnb1 levels through phosphorylation and ubiquitination, and modulating Wnt-signaling. Controls dorsoventral patterning via two opposing effects; down-regulates ctnnb1 to inhibit the Wnt signaling pathway and ventralize embryos, but also dorsalizes embryos by activating a Wnt-independent JNK signaling pathway

Subunit structure

Homodimer (By similarity). Interacts with hwa; leading to promote the tankyrase-mediated degradation of axin1 (By similarity)

Subcellular location

Cytoplasm, Nucleus, Membrane, Cell membrane
