Model confidence (pLDDT)

The mean pLDDT of this model is 86.8 (confident overall). pLDDT is AlphaFold's per-residue confidence score from 0 to 100. In MolViewer, choose the B-factor color scheme to color the model by pLDDT, because AlphaFold stores it in the B-factor column.

pLDDT bandMeaningShare of residues
Above 90Very high: backbone and side chains are usually accurate60%
70 to 90Confident: backbone generally right24%
50 to 70Low: treat with caution16%

What pLDDT means and how to read it

Function

Chemokine that plays a central role in both allergic and non-allergic inflammatory reactions by inducing the migration of different leukocyte types including eosinophils, basophils, macrophages and dendritic cells (PubMed:8597956, PubMed:33846499). Exerts its effects primarily by binding to the CCR3 receptor (PubMed:8631813). Induces also chemotaxis of endothelial cells and promotes angiogenesis by activating the PI3K/Akt pathway (PubMed:28279120)
